What kind of support is included?
Warranty support for replacement of defective media is available through subscriptions@novell.com.
Send all of your questions about Novell Technical Subscriptions to subscriptions@novell.com. In your email, please include the following information:
- Your name
- Your organization's name
- Your subscription's name (e.g. NPRS)
- Your subscription ID (if you know it)
If you need support for Novell software products, you should refer to support.novell.com or your normal support channels.
My subscription doesn't seem to be active. Why?
Someone else in your organization may be receiving your subscription or it may have expired. Please contact the subscriptions team at subscriptions@novell.com. We'll investigate the matter for you and do our best to make it right.
