What kind of support is included?
Warranty support for replacement of defective media is available through subscriptions@novell.com.
Send all of your questions about Novell Technical Subscriptions to subscriptions@novell.com. In your e-mail, please include the following information:
- Your name
- Your organization's name
- Your subscription's name (e.g. NPRS)
- Your subscription ID (if you know it)
If you need support for Novell software products, you should refer to support.novell.com or your normal support channels.
What should I do if I'm missing a subscription update?
Contact the subscriptions team at subscriptions@novell.com.
I have not received my subscription for x months. Why?
Someone else in your organization may be receiving your subscription or it may have expired. Please contact the subscriptions team at subscriptions@novell.com. We'll investigate the matter for you and do our best to make it right.
