Patch Access Policy
Maintenance (or subscription) authorization is now required to access patches and service packs for many Novell products.
Standalone security patches and patches/service packs for products that are no longer under general support remain "open" and can be downloaded regardless of maintenance status.
Searching for Patches
To search for patches, access Patch Finder directly. You can also go to Novell's general download site and click on the search patches button.- A red lock icon
displays by restricted patches. Log in to see if you have access. - A green open lock icon
displays by restricted patches for which you have access (prior login required.)
