Bonus Utilities

Our December Bonus Utilities will help you work more efficiently with the Novell solutions you use most often. December's shipment includes 14 new and updated utilities. Here are some highlights:

  • AnyKey AnyFile: This utility helps users securely transfer large files or folders to other Internet users, using encryption and self extracting.

  • Collector for Cisco Call Manager: This utility queries against the Cisco Call Manager's database and retrieves call details in near real time.

  • Snapshot Automation: This utility creates snapshots on a particular pool in regular intervals on Novell Open Enterprise Server 2.

Technical White Papers

December's shipment includes three new technical white papers to get you up to date on Novell products. This month, learn about server consolidation with SUSE Linux Enterprise Server for System z, as well as workloads for SUSE Linux Enterprise Server for System z. In addition, we're also releasing the following white paper, so you can increase your technical Novell knowledge even more:

  • Novell GroupWise 8: Raising the Bar on User Productivity: Novell raises the bar on user productivity with a highly connected collaborative workspace that leverages Web resources to enhance user interactions. Your new 2009 evaluation software licenses are on CD 1A, shipped in November, so be sure to install them sometime between now and the end of the year. Expanded licenses are available via the Subscriber Portal.

To access our portal, just go to https://support.novell.com/subscriptions/portal/spc . If no subscriptions appear under My Subscriptions, you need to activate your subscription. E-mail subscriptions@novell.com and request your activation keys and activation instructions.
