New Licensing for 2007

Where do you plan to be on New Year's Eve? Hopefully, it's somewhere a little livelier than the office. We know your calendar's already filling up, so it's time to get a jump start on your end-of-year action items. Take a few minutes—the sooner the better—and install your 2007 NovellŪ evaluation software licenses.

If you are a Novell Software Evaluation & Development Library (NSEDL) customer with standard licensing, you can access your licenses on CD 1A of this month's software update. If you are a customer with expanded licensing (e.g., Novell Tech Select Service, Novell Professional Resource Suite or Novell DeveloperNet Professional), you can download your 2007 licenses off of the Subscriber Portal. Simply select Download Licenses under Subscription Benefits.

As long as you install your new licenses by Dec. 31, 2006, you'll continue to enjoy uninterrupted access to your evaluation software. And just think, if your licenses are already installed, you can ring in 2007 without a server in sight!

Install Your New Licenses!

Just another reminder: your new evaluation software licenses are now available. Install them today—or anytime before the end of the year—and get a productive start to 2007.  

Evaluation Software Download Now Easier!

In the past, you had to download the majority of your evaluation software from download.novell.com. Only some of the eval software images were located on the Subscriber Portal. Now, however, you can download all of the evaluation software available on your Technical Subscriptions CDs and DVDs directly from the Subscriber Portal. These online software images are conveniently organized and easy to find. In fact, we recently consolidated all the images on the Subscriber Portal so that they mirror the organization of a complete and current welcome kit. They are listed exactly as you see them on your evaluation software CDs and DVDs. Pretty cool, eh?
