Deploying Novell Open Enterprise Server (Course 3059, Volume 1) explains the fundamental administration skills necessary to evaluate and implement basic Novell Open Enterprise Server (OES) services in a mixed Open Enterprise Server/NetWare and Open Enterprise Server/Linux server environment. This course teaches you how to perform the following administrative tasks:
- Evaluate the value of Novell Open Enterprise Server for your networking environment
- Upgrade an existing NetWare 6.5 server to Open Enterprise Server NetWare
- Install Novell Open Enterprise Server Linux
- Manage Novell Open Enterprise Server servers in a mixed OS environment using utilities such as OpenSSH, iMonitor, Novell Remote Manager and Novell iManager

Deploying Novell Open Enterprise Server (Course 3059, Volume 2) explains how to deploy many of the key services in Novell Open Enterprise Server. After completing this course, you will have the information you need to implement the following processes and services:
