Updated LogicSource for eDirectory
Have you ever wondered if there's a faster or more efficient way to use Novell eDirectory? LogicSource for eDirectory points you in the right direction. The latest update to LogicSource for eDirectory includes new content in two sections: Novell eDirectory Protocol Specifications and Understanding eDirectory Processes.
Additions in the Novell eDirectory Protocol Specifications section describe the DSV_Console verb and all of its subverbs. With this verb, users can control eDirectory through commands in the DSTRACE module.
DSABeginLogin, DSAFinishLogin, DSABeginAuthentication and DSAFinishAuthentication are all critical processes in eDirectory authentication. A new chapter in the Understanding eDirectory Processes section now examines these four processes in detail.
Finally, LogicSource for eDirectory provides you with specific information about most of the directory verbs. As you become familiar with the verbs, you'll have more versatility in using eDirectory. This month's update to LogicSource for eDirectory documents several additional DS verbs in the Novell eDirectory Protocol Specifications section, including the DSV_Iterator verb.
