During and Inplace upgrade, DIBMIG.NLM will not load because of public symbol errors.
Modules in the C:\NWUPADTE from a previous install would cause the Inplace Upgrade to fail.
Error While Contacting Security Domain Infrastructure Key Server: "server name". Error #215
NetWare 6 installation fails, CCS does not initialize, abends in DS or DIBMIG
ERROR: "volume could not be mounted some or all volume segments cannot be located"
