You cannot directly upgrade a NetWare 4.10 server to NetWare 6.0 by doing an inplace upgrade nor using Migration Wizard 6. A workaround is first to inplace upgrade the server to NetWare 4.11 or NetWare 5.X (make sure the server meets the minimum requirements for those operating systems) then either do an inplace upgrade or use the Migration Wizard to upgrade to NetWare 6.
