Inplace Upgrade

symptom

Error: A NICI Foundation Key could not be found or copied

cause

There is an existing NICIFK file in the SYS:\SYSTEM directory from the install of NetWare 5.0 or 5.1

fix

Use NetBasic and remove the NICIFK file from SYS:\SYSTEM then continue the upgrade.
