Knowledgebase Archiving and Authentication

NOTE: We have identified some issues that we are working through regarding authentication for the knowledgebase. This update will be postponed until the week of May 18.
We are continuously improving our knowledgebase system based on your feedback. We will soon release an update to the knowledgebase search engine. As part of this update, documents that were last modified before 2005 will be filtered out from the default search results. If you need to access these older documents, simply go to the advanced search, and select "Archived" from the Archived State drop down list. This will then include these older documents in the search results.
Another enhancement will be knowledgebase authentication. By logging into the search engine with your Novell Login account, it will provide us with helpful analytics around your search experience which will help us serve you better. It will also allow us to provide you with a more personalized experience while using the knowledgebase. Don't have a Novell login? It only takes a minute to create an account.
