Report a Software Vulnerability
It is Novell's policy not to charge customers for technical support incidents when reporting a software vulnerability issue. If you want to contact Novell regarding a software vulnerability issue, you may register a "vulnerability issue report" by filling out the form below. You will not be contacted by a Novell support engineer unless Novell needs additional information to resolve the issue.
If you choose to register a technical support incident rather than a security vulnerability issue, you will be charged for the incident unless the problem is determined to be a Novell software defect for a product for which Novell is providing defect support and for which information was not previously published on the Novell Support Web site.
