Because Novell partners provide the vast majority of networking support to our mutual customers, Novell treats our partners as an extension of the company. To ensure these partners are successful in providing a quality experience to our mutual customers, Novell provides partners with the resources they need to provide quality service and support to our mutual customers. If you are not a Premium Service customer, Novell highly recommends establishing a relationship with a partner who can best meet your needs.

Local Novell Authorized Resellers as Service Providers

Many of Novell's authorized reseller partners provide support services. These partners often provide onsite, personalized service, which is not readily available to customers without a Premium Service agreement.
