Fix certain problems with moving or copying Groupwise mails to other folders
Fix Groupwise calendar folder access in certain locales
Implement complete gal retrieval
Fix proxy setting crash
Display Exchange mails faster
Highlight selected text while replying
Fix printer stickiness
Fix proxy password prompt
Fix crash while replying for a meeting
Fix minor (unlikely) crashes
