Creating custom templates for GroupWise WebAccess can increase the amount of memory required to cache the compiled templates, thereby affecting performance. You can check to see if this is happening by reviewing the WebAccess servlet log files (in Verbose mode) and look to see if compiled templates are being dropped from the cache.
If you need to increase the reserved cache, change the setting in the webacc.cfg file.
