Articles and Tips: tip

The Novell Client for Windows NT provides a way for you to see details about a particular client NetWare Loadable Module (NLM) that is running on your NT workstation desktop. (The behavior reported here was observed on Client version 4.6.)

Using the Windows Explorer utility, right-click on an NLM (or any NetWare module, such as drivers). Select Properties, then the NetWare Version tab. Click the "View version, Copyright, Checksum Information" button. This presents you with a banner of what the NLM displays at load time. For reporting purposes, you can copy and paste this text using standard Windows applications.
