In Red Hat, I start and stop services using the service command. Does SUSE LINUX have a service command I can use?

On SUSE LINUX distributions, use the rcservice command to start and stop services in the /etc/rc.d directory. For example, to start xinetd, enter the following command: rcxinetd start To query the status of nfsserver, enter the following: rcnfsserver status
