I made some changes to my monitor display and now I get a gray XDM Login Manager.

To change the monitor display back to color, you will need to go into YaST2 | System | /etc/sysconfig Editor | Desktop | Display Manager | DISPLAYMANAGER and change it back to gdm or kdm, depending on which you were using. (For more information, see the knowledge base.) (See Figure 2.)
