My server filters were working correctly, but now they are not. What could cause this?

Most likely, the filters have become corrupt. If you are using BorderManager 3.7 or 3.8, refer to TID 10080403 Restoring BorderManager 3.7 default filters available at: http://support.novell.com/cgibin/search/searchtid.cgi?/10080403.htm.
