I have ZENworks for Desktops 3.2 and have deployed ZENworks for Desktops 4.01 to some of my servers. When I try to open the MyApps Web page to access applications on a brand new workstation, I receive a message stating that I must first uninstall ZENworks 3.2.

The MYAPPS.HTML page is designed to be used by ZENworks for Desktops 4 users and for users without any version of the ZENworks agent. First, ensure that the NAL NT Service was not installed with the Novell Client for Windows. Next, make sure that you do not have a search drive mapped to a server with NALDESK.EXE in the SYS:\PUBLIC directory. If so, remove the search mapping and try again. This should correct the problem.
