Dear Ab-end: After I apply Windows 2000 Service Pack 4, I'm getting random blue screens in MUP.SYS. Most commonly this happens when logging in. What can I do about this?

Dear Billy: This is an issue with the MUP.SYS in Windows 2000 Service Pack 4. Microsoft does have a hotfix for this problem. As a workaround, set the following in the registry:
HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Mup\ DisableDFS = 0
