Q.
After installing TSA5UP12.EXE, the command "SMDR NEW" produces the following error:
The specified context is invalid ERROR:Invalid user context Could not obtain configuration information/create configuration file
How can I recreate a new SMDR configuration?

Dear Raleigh: The "SMDR NEW" command is no longer supported without additional parameters. All options now have to be included at the command line. Use one of the following two possibilities:
smdr new ndsDisable [slpDisable] [sapDisable] [hostsDisable]
or
smdr new GroupContext SMDRContext UserName Password [slpDisable] [sapDisable] [hostsDisable]
