Q.

After installing TSA5UP12.EXE, the command "SMDR NEW" produces the following error:

The specified context is invalid
ERROR:Invalid user context
Could not obtain configuration information/create configuration file

How can I recreate a new SMDR configuration?

Recreating in Raleigh

A.

Dear Raleigh: The "SMDR NEW" command is no longer supported without additional parameters. All options now have to be included at the command line. Use one of the following two possibilities:

smdr new ndsDisable [slpDisable] [sapDisable] [hostsDisable]

or

smdr new GroupContext SMDRContext UserName Password [slpDisable] [sapDisable] [hostsDisable]
