ZENworks Licensing Issues

Q.
I have a customer that wants to install ZENworks for Desktops 4. They currently are using NetWare 5.x and Windows NT4 platforms, which I realize are not supported by ZENworks for Desktops 4. They are bouncing around the idea of upgrading NetWare 5.x or NT4 to NetWare 6.x, but due to budgetary constraints, they may not be able to do so.
However, if they were to upgrade to NetWare 6, and if they install ZENworks for Desktops 4 on the new Netware 6 Server (with NW6 Server licenses only) in same tree, do they need to have NetWare 6 user licenses to use ZENworks for Desktops 4?

A.
Dear Slurring Sentences: The licensing model has changed in NetWare 6.x. It has become user-based. You can buy licenses for the number of users at your site and then you can have as many servers as you need or want. To sum this up, yes NetWare requires user licenses, but server licenses are free of cost!
