How do I tell Microsoft's Internet Explorer program to accept Novell's Certificate Authority as valid?

Dear Stumped: E-mail the SYS:\PUBLIC\ROOTCERT.DER file to the users with the following instructions:
Right-click on the ROOTCERT.DER attachment.
Choose Open.
Select "Install Certificate". This will start the Certificate Import Wizard.
Click Next.
Accept the default of "Automatically select the certificate store based on the type of certificate."
Click Next.
Click Finish.
