Creating Boot Disks for NT and Novell on TCP/IP

Articles and Tips: qna

Q.

We have a boot disk that allows us to login to the Windows NT side of the network. How do I create a boot disk that allows me to log in to Novell on TCP/IP, or even better, to both sides of the network with one boot disk?

Booting in Bastia

A.

Dear Booting: You can find out information about creating IP boot diskettes for NetWare 5 from the DOS_IP.TXT document, which describes how to create an IP boot diskette. The DOS_IP.TXT is located on the NetWare 5 Client CDROM in the Products\doswin32\NLS\english directory. The DOS_IP.TXT document fully explains how to create the IP boot diskettes.
