Q.
I am having trouble backing up or restoring to my new NetWare 6 server, or I cannot back up workstations from the server using SMS (Storage Management Service). Am I doing something wrong?

Dear Restoring: I suggest you first apply the file NW6SMS1A.EXE, which fixes several problems in that area. Also, be sure to read the README carefully for new TSA options.
