Dear Troubleshooting: The bad news is that the book you're referring to is out of print. However, the good news is that a newer version has been published, entitled Novell's Guide to Troubleshooting NDS. It was published in October 1999 by Hungry Minds, Inc. The ISBN number is 0764545795. (If you really want the older version, the ISBN number is 1562054430. I did a quick Internet search and found this version at used book stores.)
