Q.
Dear Ab-end: Where can I find a list of the NetWare 5 DHCP server subnet options and their functions?

Dear Subnetting: The best place to find a list of DHCP options and their functions is in the DNS/DHCP Management Console utility itself. After starting the console, click the DHCP Service tab. Then click Global Preferences on the Tool Bar. The Global Preferences window lists the code, name, and value of any global DHCP options selected. Two other tab pages are available: one shows any global DHCP defaults set for the selected object; the other is the DHCP Options Table. This table lists the DHCP subnet options and their functions.
For more information, refer to the DNS/DHCP Services Administrator's Guide in the NetWare 5 online documentation (visit http://www.novell.com/documentation/lg/nw5/docui/index.html). You can also refer to RFC 2132 for more information about DHCP options.
