Dear Ab-end: I just read TID 2944863 about the GroupWise 5 Print Pack features. Am I interpreting correctly that if we upgrade to GroupWise 5.5 and install the Print Pack, we will be able to adjust the start hour of appointments to 6:00 am and the end hour to 9:00 pm in Tools | Options | Date and Time and be able to see all appointments in the daily and weekly appointments form? In other words, does this mean the 6:00 am and 9:00 pm appointments won't be listed at the bottom of the form in an early/late block like they were before?

Dear Workaholic: You are exactly correct. The reason you need to upgrade to GroupWise 5.5.x is because the GroupWise 5.2.x Tools | Options | Date and Time dialog does not contain a control for setting the end hour for appointments—just a start hour.
