Q.
Dear Ab-end: Is there a way I can get NWAdmin32 to remember information in a list, such as departments and the like? That way, the next time I create a user, all that stuff is already in the appropriate fields.

A.
Dear Thinking: You can do this by creating a User Template with all the department information in it. When creating subsequent users, use that template and all the universal information will already be there. To use the template to make changes to users created before the template was created, just highlight them in the NDS tree, highlight the template and make the changes to the template. Every future user in that container will have the properties in the template, and all the old users will have been updated to reflect those same properties.
