Is there such a thing as a reboot utility that does a reboot of a Windows 95 workstation?

Dear Ab-end: Is there such a thing as a reboot utility that does a reboot of a Windows 95 workstation? The option I am looking for is a complete reboot of the workstation, or a partial reboot that closes all programs and logs on as a different user.

Dear Searching: Look no further than the Novell Consulting Web page. There you will find a beta version (or eventually a release version) of NCShtDwn, a Windows-based utility that ensures ZENworks policies are enforced when restarting Windows after a logout. The utility is designed to run behind a user's "Logout" icon on the corporate desktop, but you may use it almost anywhere you need to do a shutdown or restart.

Run the executable and test the various options: Logoff, Forced Logoff, Shutdown & ForceShut-Down, Reboot & Power Off. When you know what you want, include it with the appropriate switch. For example, NCShtDwn /2 performs a ForceLogoff.
