Dear Testing: I don't know of any way to reboot Windows 95 with an icon, but a way to shut down Windows 95 with an icon appeared in Communications Week a while ago. The method is to create an icon the usual way by clicking the right mouse button on the desktop and selecting New/Shortcut. Then at the Command Line path, type in the following:
C:\WINDOWS\RUNDLL32.EXE user.exe,ExitWindows
Just give the icon a name and you're done. This works for shutting down Windows 95, but I don't know of any similar way for rebooting. If any of our readers knows a method for rebooting, let us know and we'll publish it.
