Dear Ab-end: I am having problems running the LANalyzer in permiscuous mode on my Windows 95 workstation. I'm running NetWare Client 32 for Windows 95, but I am using Microsoft's NDIS drivers instead of Novell's ODI drivers with a Xircom High Performance Ethernet board, a PCMCIA card for a laptop. Do you know of any fixes for this?

Dear Loser--I mean, Losing: Haven't you learned by now to always check the readme file? The readme file that comes with LANalyzer for Windows v2.2 contains the following information.
"When running NetWare Client 32 with some NDIS network drivers, you might encounter a number of problems, such as LANalyzer for Windows not seeing packets and stations on the network segment. A newer version of VMLID.NLM fixes those problems. LANalyzer for Windows 2.2 Diskette 3 contains a copy of a newer VMLID.NLM file. To handle the problems with NDIS drivers, we recommend the following:
Compare the date of the VMLID.NLM file in your \NOVELL\CLIENT32 directory with the file on LANalyzer for Windows 2.2 Diskette 3.
If the VMLID.NLM file on the installation diskette is newer, save the version of the file currently on your system by renaming the file to VMLID.OLD.
Copy the new VMLID.NLM file to your \NOVELL\CLIENT32 directory.
Make a copy of the new VMLID.NLM file and name it VMLID.NEW.
Restart your system."
