Dear Ab-end: Does NetWare/IP work with NLSP (NetWare Link State Protocol)?
--Getting Things Compatible in Colorado
A.
Dear Compatible: Yes, you can enable NLSP on IPX links to the NetWare/IP server. However, there are some caveats to be aware of. For instance, the NetWare/IP links do not propagate any of the NLSP domain information. Because of this, the two NLSP domains connected through NetWare/IP look at the NetWare/IP link as a RIP/SAP-compatible link, not as an NLSP link. The two NLSP areas are also viewed as separate NLSP domains and not as a common NLSP domain.
