Indications

Everybody using sysstat on a 64 bit system should install this patch.

None.

Problem description

On 64 bit machine, sadc and helper scripts erroneously
are installed to /usr/lib64/sa instead of
/usr/lib/sa.

Solution

Please install the updates provided at the location noted below.

Installation notes

This update is provided as an RPM package that can easily be installed onto a running system by using this command:
rpm -Uvh sysstat.rpm
