Problem description

Add newest procps package to SLES9-SP2 [#50951]
Update to 3.2.5:
Make our CFLAGS and RPM_OPT_FLAGS actually get used [#49378]
Ensure to activate boot.sysctl if we do a first installation, [#44481].
Add default sysctl.conf file.

Solution

Please install the updates provided at the location noted below.
