Japanese users of NLD should update to make sure kinput2 works.

Problem description

GTK_IM_MODULE is set to "xim" if kinput2 is used to avoid that the automatic input method selection code in GTK2 selects another input method which may not work.

fixed Xserver crash in glx module
update vfb sources to current CVS to fix 24bit support and various other bugs in Xvfb
