Problem description

This updates fixes some errors for persistent names for tapes; a race condition in the generation of the symlinks has been fixed, and occasional spurious tape rewind has been avoided.

Solution

Please install the updates provided at the location noted below.

Installation notes

This update is provided as an RPM package that can easily be installed onto a running system by using this command:
rpm -Fvh udev.rpm
