Indications

Everyone using kdm should update to this version.

Problem description

kdm opened a root shell for every user, when the kerberos authentifaction
failed.

Solution

Please install the updates provided at the location noted below.

Installation notes

This update is provided as an RPM package that can easily be installed onto a running system by using this command:
rpm -Fvh kdebase3-kdm.rpm
After this please restart kdm with:
rckdm restart
