This update should be installed if you are using mod_php4.

Problem description

This version of mod_php4 has a new input interface for improved security, also the performance has been highly improved in general. Lots of bugs have been fixed and new functions have been added.
The package comes with new version of asp2php (0.75.22) and support for XML, TTF and IMAP has been added.

Solution

Please install the updates provided at the location noted below.

Installation notes

This update is provided as an RPM package that can easily be installed onto a running system by using this command:
rpm -Uvh mod_php4-core.rpm rpm -Uhv mod_php4.rpm
Please note: You will also need the corresponding apache update. Make sure it is installed and restart you webserver after installation of this patch.
rcapache restart
