Indications

Everyone using a proxy should update.

Contraindications

None.

Problem description

This patch fixes some issues when calling suse_register in a proxy environment. suse_register now configures the proxy settings inside of zmd.

Solution

Please install the updates provided at the location noted below.

This update is provided as an RPM package that can easily be installed onto a running system by using this command:


rpm -Fvh suseRegister.rpm
