kdump: support for discontinuous memory on IA64.

Problem description

This update implements support for discontinuous memory on IA64. Because the
SUSE kernel for IA64 is built with CONFIG_DISCONTIGMEM, that update is
required to use makedumpfile with the SUSE kernel on IA64. It also contains a
fix for overlapping memory segments under special conditions on IA64.
