Indications

Everyone using mod_python on lib64 systems should update.

Problem description

mod_python does not work on lib64 systems due to a wrong search path
in python-nothreads. The problem didn't show up if normal python has
also been installed.

Solution

Please install the updates provided at the location noted below.

Installation notes

This update is provided as an RPM package that can easily be installed onto a running system by using this command:
rpm -Fhv python-nothreads.rpm
