Everyone using mod_php4 should update.

Problem description

A buffer overflow exists in function wordwrap(). If
user-suplied data is passed to wordwrap() specialy-crafted
characters can be used to overwrite a heap buffer. This bug can lead
to remote system compromise.

Solution

Please install the updates provided at the location noted below.

Installation notes

This update is provided as an RPM package that can easily be installed onto a running system by using this command:
rpm -Fvh mod_php4.rpm mod_php4-core.rpm mod_php4-servlet.rpm
After that please restart apache:
rcapache restart
