Install this update if you encountered problems when using scim.

Problem description

This patch fixes the following serious usability bugs when using scim:

firefox did freeze when the flash plugin was used
some XIM clients did freeze when the input method was switched (e.g. mlterm)
there were issues with the update of the preedit string when using scim gtkimmodule in some applications.

Solution

Please install the updates provided at the location noted below.

This update is provided as an RPM package that can easily be installed onto a running system by using this command:
