, which leads to a race condition when directories are being removed from world-writeable directories. By consequence, any local user could remove system-owned directories as the user running the recursive 'rm -r'
command, typically root
. No temporary workaround for this problem exists other than not recursively removing directories within world-writeable directory structures while users are active.rpm -Uvh fileutil.rpm
It is recommended to run
"SuSEconfig"
after performing the update in case the update rpm command is being run manually.Note:
