Make ios::copyfmt copy the imbued locale (bugzilla #34327)
Use cmpstrsi instead of doing unsafe strcmp->memcmp transformation (bugzilla #33963)
Don't discard GOT pointer if only used in a catch handler (bugzilla #33987)
Make loop transformation regard REG_EQUAL notes (bugzilla #34193)
