Problem description

Security Fix:
This update addresses a bug in restricted user setups, where the users can get around the restriction to their home directory by issuing a simple chmod command on their home directory.

Solution

Please install the updates provided at the location noted below.

This update is provided as an RPM package that can easily be installed onto a running system by using this command:
rpm -Fvh wuftpd.rpm
