Problem description

  • Abandon/Cancel Operations on very busy connections could lead to a server crash.
  • A possible index corruption that could occur after a modify operation failed has beed fixed in back-bdb.
  • A small memory leak in the caching code of back-bdb was fixed.


Please install the updates provided at the location noted below.

Installation notes

This update is provided as an RPM package that can easily be installed onto a running system by using this command:
rpm -Fvh openldap2.rpm
