Problem description

Fixed the kpowersave icon within gnome which nearly disappeared
as soon as there was an event that caused the icon to change.
This update prevents kpowersave from crashing on systems where neither
apm nor acpi is supported.

Solution

Please install the updates provided at the location noted below.

Installation notes

This update is provided as an RPM package that can easily be installed onto a running system by using this command:
rpm -Fvh kpowersave.rpm
