Problem description

This patch resolves the following issues: Scheduling repair through iMonitor was not possible with the increased stack size of thread. ndsstat -r command was unable to list RW replica information and the product version details. Trap 117 was not getting generated. RW replica server was not able to come up with the master server being down. Nested attribute values (member or groupMembership or groupMember attribute) could be returned as part of another attribute, when read using JClient/JNDI in a specific scenario. If more than one attributes ( for example: givenName and Member attributes) are read where the nested attribute is the second one, the first value of the nested attribute is deleted but not yet purged. The values of the member attribute will be returned as part of the givenName. Using ICE, eDir 8.8.2 was unable to modify the schema. While configuring OES 2.0 as secondary server, NDSD crashed in NICI.
